Avoid Eric Ruxton Eric Ruxton, one of the property managers for Terrace Associates, is disrespectful, hot-headed, and inappropriate with his tenants. We have only been renting for three months and already Eric has cursed us out for asking him to fix a sewage backup in our garage. Eric refuses to pay for the repairs.

BEST LANDLORD EVER I rent from Eric at Terrace. He is the quickest landlord I have ever had. He immediately comes over to fix problems. I just called him last night about a light fixture on the bedroom ceiling that wouldn't turn on. He came over minutes later at 7pm on a Tuesday night! He fixed it on his own and was kind enough to sweep out the shared laundry room before he left. He keeps this place in tip top condition. Terrace Associates Rocks Hi, I work with Eric at Terrace Associates. And FYI "Terrace Associates" and "Terrace Heritage" are two completely different companies (Randy works at "Terrace Heritage"). Maybe insider pages should make a note of this. The instance in which the person complained about Eric's behavior was a situation in which the tenant (not Eric) escalated things out of proportion.
