Amenities are worth the price, especially being so close to the Outlets of Orange mall. Both apartments i have lived in came looking updated and refreshed, marble countertops, brand new appliances with minor repairs having to be made. All work orders have been attended to, some same-day, but overall good communication from the office per the maintenance team. I’ve been living here for two years but I really wish I didn’t. If I could afford to leave I sure would. As an example of how little management cares about the welfare of its residents, our elevator is broken for about the 6th time this year. I’m currently disabled and stranded on the second story. When I call to ask about the elevator, they sigh at me and say someone will look at it tomorrow. AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX Do not move here. This complex may have been better six years ago, but after moving back, I’ve realized how much things have changed. The management is horrible, rude, and completely unresponsive. They ignore emails and insist on handling everything in person or over the phone, making it difficult to have written documentation of complaints. Not good apartment ,look clean outside but not inside in the hallway, and be aware at the guest parking its a trap for me because when we enter both side had a guest parking sign but inside there is parking for future resident dont park there or your car will be towed right away , for me , its looks likes a trap
