After all, my name’s KAREN 2026 update: I can’t recommend this place anymore. It’s no longer what it used to be. There’s always something broken: heater, AC, laundry, etc. Hard to find parking. Don't rent here!!!!! Runnnnnnnn!!!!!The service is awful!!!! Worst place in the OC to live in.They just try to impress new applicants meanwhile they treat residents really bad. I regret renewing my lease here last year. No wonder why people leave!!!!
Horrid parking situation. Focus on your residents and maintaining them here rather than future residents (who will be moving out for the same reasons). The towing situation is unfortunate. This apartment has great potential it’s unfortunate it’s not resident-focused. Do better. Happy new year
