I really like Kristen Mcinnis, I came by a year ago and nothing was available. I came back to see her because the property was really nice and she was very professional.I really would like to move in-in April. She is amazing and the property looks good
This place is wonderful! The units are well maintained and beautiful! Kristen and Kiera are the sweetest and most professional property managers I have ever worked with! Move in was easy and seamless with them! I’m so grateful I was able to get an apartment here! The neighbors are so sweet and it’s a nice quiet little neighborhood! It’s a great location too, close to a good gym, a walmart, publix, and aldis! Lots of good food places near by as well!

I lived at Terrace 31 Apartments for five years, and my experience was excellent. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed and treated with great respect. The management, especially Kristen McInnis, was exceptional. She is attentive, friendly, and highly professional. Kristen always made sure everything was well taken care of and that residents felt supported. I truly appreciated the level of care and dedication shown throughout my five-year stay. I highly recommend Terrace 31 Apartments!
I have been with Kristen for 3 years and had nothing, but positive experiences always. The property may be old, but it is very well taken care of. Kristen is always polite, and takes care of my needs in a timely manner. She has respect and complete care for her residents always. She is a very hard worker!
