I have a bestfriend that live out here that i have been visiting for years! These apartments have so much potential but the ones i saw had pest!! Roaches to be exact. Roaches are all outside and inside of these apartments crawling i mean EVERYWHERE. Where is pest control??? Where is management??? It is disgusting and corperate needs to do inspections on the living conditions and treat some of these buildings because they have too much potential to be looking like this on the inside. I inquired about an apartment today and it was the most amazing experience! The manager, Kristen, was very welcoming and just an overall pleasure to talk to. I hope I can live here one day!

Terrace 31, Kristen and other staff have been amazing! My AC went out and in less than 24 hours of putting in the maintenance request it was fixed! They are always friendly and helpful, and they've helped make the complex an inviting and comfortable place to live. I'm very grateful!
