Honestly, giving them 1 star is generous. They deserve 0 stars. They don't care about the people who live in their communities, they just care about money. They won't help you with ANY problem unless it benefits them. Getting a hold of the HOA president is impossible. You have to be in their faces ALL the time for them to do anything. I'm SUPER disappointed with all the lies I've been told by them, and the lack of communication. They are literally impossible to deal with.
I really do hate to complain about any company, but my experience has been terrible. There is water in the back of one of the units that gets flooded every single day. I have begged and pleaded with them,written letters emailed them many many many times for the last four years. It’s still the same. They always say somethings going to get done but it never does.
