Terra West has improved significantly over the last couple of years. Alexis and Bethani are some of the best employees Terra West could’ve brought on and have helped improve our community in Lexington Hills

Unfortunately we can’t choose who our HOA is?!! We are at the mercy of who we’re stuck with!!!
Honestly, giving them 1 star is generous. They deserve 0 stars. They don't care about the people who live in their communities, they just care about money. They won't help you with ANY problem unless it benefits them. Getting a hold of the HOA president is impossible. You have to be in their faces ALL the time for them to do anything. I'm SUPER disappointed with all the lies I've been told by them, and the lack of communication. They are literally impossible to deal with.
