Still waiting for a reply A year later.... still don't ever, ever answer their phones. And another four months later, still no staff there to answer the phones. Maybe that's why they haven't done anything about our garbage not being picked up. The smell is unbelievable and now there are rats. If only they would do their job!!!! Not the company for you if you want professionalism. And forget the kid Andrew. Begged for help and received 2am responses while he was partying in Cabo. Useless. The whole family.
