Lived in Terra Vista for a year already and still there. People are nice and staff are helpful. Ana and Jose are easy to reach and very friendly.
Came over to tour with my friend last month Nice property , apartament Was beautiful everthing White . Park and school right infront is also a big plus.
I've been living here for 5 years.And in the past year, these apartments have really gone down. I came to the pool Saturday and the pool area and furniture were filthy dirty the furniture is material it was filthy, dirty with stains, cobwebs under the furniture like no one has cleaned for months. There is mold all over the top of the umbrellas.. All tenants are required to pay Porter fees every month., but yet, they're not doing their job. The building I live in. I have the same issue.
