Lived here six years and enjoyed every moment
I love Terra Vista apartments so much !! The apartments are very nice with very nice finishes , the garden areas are very well maintained beautiful and clean, the pool is very clean with new modern furniture and accents, neighbors are quiet and friendly, designated pet areas are also very clean and well maintained, dog bags are provided. There is a cute little park available for toddlers or young kids. Also walking distance to shops and beautiful Heritage Park. This place is a nice place to live. Ana in the front office has always been a wonderful help and she is always on the ball. I think she works way too hard, but she gets the job done. The front office staff have always listened and helped with anything and everything. They are always kind and they work hard. No place is perfect, but Ana and the front office, they make it comfortable and you feel heard.
I’ve been a resident since 2015, and it’s honestly been a great experience the whole way through. The property is well-kept, peaceful, and really feels like home. Also, huge shout-out to the staff. Anna, Jose, Marco, Ray, and Deya always go above and beyond. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve needed help, they handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. Would definitely recommend.
