Amazing place, peaceful, quiet, clean, close to school and parks, the work team is great, they help you with everything, always available, speak spanish and english. Ana is an excellent assistant to the manager and Mr Tony from maintenance are my favotire people here, my best recommendation.
Amazing Experience with the Leasing Office, Especially Ana! I had a great experience at Terra Vista, especially with Ana from the leasing office. She was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the leasing process to me. She also went out of her way to give me a tour of the updated and renovated apartments, making sure I saw the best options available. I walked the grounds while helping friends locate a place to lease or buy. Unfortunately this place has a problem with dog feces. I won't post pictures but hope the management sees this and works on a solution.
Very unhappy with the custermer service and overal apartments parking services are the worst and parking policies are very unreasonable also I get charge late fees for almost everything and the app for terra vista has been getting updated and change and unable to look at my past payments or current bills also I belive that thier is something very sketchy about the staff in the terra vista apartments office
