I am a stickler for Great Customer Service, and Brandon Herrerias is terrific at it! He said he would look into taking back my order (my mistake) and call me back. Within 15 minutes, or sooner, he called me back and said they will take back my order and send me the correct, more expensive, product at no extra cost.
