This was a horrific place to live. I was without central heat for a month in the winter while maintenance played a guessing game on what part they needed. After weeks of me complaining they finally called in a real professional. The apartment upstairs had a leak from the water heater and maintenance did a very poor job cleaning up all the water that came down into my kitchen and bedroom. Better than what I could’ve asked for and the prices are amazing! I’m so excited to be here! And minus one start because my AC is broke but they are going to fix it next week- not their fault that I could not push my move in date until after it is fixed.
I just want to shout out to our maintenance guy Christopher. He’s responsive and quick to handle requests. And the pool looks great! I also like that our property management company is investing in Terra Trace a bit more this year.
I was in a bit of a situation and I was able to get into an apartment quickly! The people in the office are professional and willing to work with you, which I appreciate.
