By far the worst Title Company I have ever dealt with. They worked with a builder to get a client to put 42k in escrow knowing they couldn't make good on the contract and robbing the client of their money. They put zero effort into making this right and showed zero care to doing what was right. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. You can tell this is literally a real estate scheme that is highly illegal.
Contacted them to ask about working with someone for title searches. They acted like they were confused about how I got their number. I told them I got it from google. I asked were they in fact a title company he said yes, but he’s not looking to work with what I needed. No suggestions, no help whatsoever. Save your time if you want someone friendly and helpful. They are not it.
