They installed a quartz kitchen island countertop on my new construction townhome. They do poor quality work. Less than 6 months after move in, there is a fast crawling crack very close to a radius. They claim it was not due to poor installation, so no warranty. They claim this crack across the bottom and top is "cosmetic" I know the quality work is poor because the island has a super visible seam from 2 pieces being joined. We are delighted with the dry bar remnant top which matches the stone everywhere else in our new home. We worked with Connor McHenry who was fantastic with pricing, finding an exact match following up and helping all the way. They did exact measuring and fabricating and the top slid in the tight space perfectly. Thank you very much!!
