Ryan did some incredible work on my vintage bike. I recently picked up this Bikecology Sintesi bike and it was in need of some TLC. I got a full hub service, cleanup, and cable refresh but I also wanted to move the downtube shifters to the handlebars and install some replacement parts. Ryan gave me great advice on parts, steered me toward faithful but functional adaptations, and kept in touch through the whole process to make sure I knew how things were going. WOW! Talk about quality customer service. I took my bike in for an overall tune-up & a tire change. I'm a new-to-urban-commuting-biker & Ryan went the extra mile(s) to show me exactly how to service & maintain my own bike.
