I was late on my rent by about 6 weeks. I'd paid for several major car repairs, for the previous few months, because of flood damage to my car, in the previous year. I now replaced the car. Just when I was ready to be able to catch up with the rent, I received an eviction notice. I had to find a place to move quickly after that, instead of working to catch up with my rent. This company works fast to evict you if you ge a few weeks behind on your rent.
Terrible company. They will leave your property without water, or a/c, for days! God forbid anything go wrong and you report they may even blame you and try to leave you with a bill or reprimand you over the issue. Some issues were left and they were aware of the issue and still left the problem only to get worse! Tenants beware and apartment/homeowners take your business elsewhere!
