If you do not want a headache, please do not use Terra Property for your renting, selling or buying needs. They are terrible with providing any service to you once they have your money. Example: The motor in the AC in the unit of the home I rented from Terra, broke during the summer heat wave last year. When I asked them to fix it, they told me to do it myself, which i did. This is the worst property management company. They do not reply to simple maintenance requests (changing out a porch light or changing a light switch to auto to save money on electricity bills). They do not reply to persistent notification and requests to take care of rats that are infesting our backyard (three have already been killed by us within a week). TERRA KNOWS REAL ESTATE! I cannot put into words how happy I was to finally find Terra! I had absolutely been through the ringer with several different companies and no one takes care of their clients like Terra does. This company puts their best foot forward with ALL of my rental homes. I started off with 1 and before you know it Terra had me growing and wanting more. These guys know what they are doing. Companies as good as this are far and few between when it comes to good service and an open line of communication. I cannot express how easy Larry and his team make everything.
