My sister and I are so lucky to find Terra Pointe. Our family member has only been in the community for one week, and I've already seen a change in mood and feelings. I can't say enough about Jill Hughes. She is an angel. She fought so hard to help us place our loved one in her extended family. She takes the time to get to know every member of the community, and that doesn't end after placement. I visit every day. So grateful. My mother was a resident there for 4 years (passing in 2/2024). The love and care she received from the staff members was wonderful especially the week of her passing while receiving hospice care. Despite her dementia, I knew my mom loved the staff members. My siblings, children and I will forever be grateful for the kindness and compassion from the entire staff. My mother in law lived here for over 2 years. I can’t say enough good things about the exception care they take with your loved one. The staff always keep you in the loop with any and everything that’s going on. They always have great activities for them to do daily. They make a big deal for all Holidays and birthdays. I found the perfect home at Terra Pointe Memory Care for my mom (age 96, with mild dementia and a history of falls). My mother spent almost 2 yrs. in Terra Pointe Memory Care. The staff was excellent always communicating with family members, Going over and above caring for my mother. Terra Pointe Memory Care has activities and entertainment 7 days a week. Terra Pointe serve the best meals thanks to the kitchen staff. I will always recommend Terra Pointe Memory Care
