Shanice was great! She got me all checked in and we did a quick apartment tour after getting my keys. So far loving my new home!
Beautiful apartments, very spacious, can’t wait to move in once everything goes thru. Thank the kind lady who gave the tour for making time to show me around. Worth it! Look forward to it.
Got evicted with 24 hours to leave no warning
Do not rent at Terra point Apartments. I have spoke to several people after they have left. Their whole business motto is to steal damage deposits they came the day before I was ready to move out told me the place looked great and all I would have to be charged with was for messing up some blinds All for them to steal $1400 damage deposit this place is terrible rude as could be I was in this unit for a year. It flooded on me twice. Do not rent at Tara point Apartments. All they do is steal damage deposits.
