Every once in awhile I have a meal that makes me sit back and take a deep breath and contemplate why I was put on this planet. The biscuits and gravy w fried chicken thigh is one of these sorts of meals. If I hadn’t ordered the chicken I think I would’ve been pretty dang satisfied. However with the chicken in the equation, this dish took me to another level. It was like the scene in the grinch where his heart grows but it actually happened and it was me and not the grinch. Wow. Had a wonderful birthday dinner, staff were amazing and food was spectacular
On a visit from out of town (first time in Seattle), my companion and I walked over to Terra Plata to find brunch. We were blown away by the Biscuits and Gravy with Fried Chicken Thigh. In fact, I'm not sure if I've ever had a better biscuit. The Maple-Pepper Bacon was outstanding, too, and our server took excellent care of us.
