We went for brunch as two couples and really enjoyed the place. It’s not noisy, and there’s convenient parking nearby. I ordered the Moroccan Sandwich, and it was incredible — full of flavor and served with delicious truffle chips. I would have liked a bit more variety on the menu, but everything we ordered was excellent overall!
Great good, service and atmosphere. We love the little touches with personalizing the menu for a birthday. We sat outside and felt very cozy with the heaters and blankets - even though it was raining. Food was great!
Late Sunday brunch and the usually bustling restaurant was nearly empty. I ordered the avocado toast, which while not bad, was just sort of bland. And weirdly sour (maybe lemon in the avocado? Or maybe vinegar used to poach the eggs?). Fairly ample portion, but as it should be for I think it was $22. Pleasant but rather neglectful server (again, the place was almost empty), for example we had to hunt down salt. The host was excellent.
Terra Plata is an excellent restaurant with cozy, inviting vibes and a really unique setting — love the triangle-shaped building and the rooftop seating! My girlfriend and I have made this our go-to spot for our birthday dinners, and it never disappoints. The food and service were fantastic. It was a bit loud but that was the only detractor to my atmosphere rating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
