It's a generic atmosphere... If you've been to one of these types of restaurants you'll know what I mean. The food is ok, it's pleasant, but it won't wow you. The service is quick (very empty at the time) and the prices are only slightly higher than average ($100 for two people). I wouldn't go again, but it wasn't a bad place to eat.
Terrible service and hospitality. Waited at the entrance with a child. Not one person offered to seat us or greeted us or even bothered to make eye contact. And mind you, we were about to be in and out, with just an appetizer to go. Ha! This place is an overrated joke. Shame!
Great ambience, good food and friendly staff- sadly the service was suffering quite a bit. It was unclear if this was due to lack of organized process, staffing, or something else. It started with the starters never arriving prior to the main meal and the sides to dinner before the mains. Then refills on drinks became the issue with over 20 minutes from order to delivery. I love this place and want to continue to support it- this visit made it hard to want to do so.
