sales stuff in store does not know what they are selling. We purchased the sofa with customized cushions and received absolutely different compared to in-store demo cushions when we were assured that cushions will be the same. Customer support explained that it’s expected that cushions are of different quality as they are coming from a different supplier. The whole reason we ordered a set was a cushions with ability to customize them. Another problem is a delivery scheduling.
Great loveseat for our porch. Very friendly, fast and convenient delivery. It’s not often that your delivery shows up 15 minutes earlier than the delivery window!
Service at the Walnut Creek location is lacking when compared to the San Ramon store. Next time, we will go to the San Ramon store instead where they are more welcoming and professional.
