I would like to say Thank You to Marisol Tovar and her team. Marisol has gone above and beyond to helping me and my siblings purchase our homes. Always keeping us in the loop of things, making sure the transition is smooth and not stressful. Not only is Marisol a great realtor but she has become a great friend. I would highly recommend Marisol as a realtor.

As a first time home buyer finding a realtor like Marisol Tovar was a sigh of relief. She was incredibly patient, proactive and a great resource on all aspects of the process. From using her years of experience to put forth an offer that would be accepted to negotiating on our behalf, Marisol is zealous which is what those of us who are first time buyers need. Marisol Tovar helped me purchase my first home in 2010. In 2015 she helped me with the sale of that same home and later in 2016 she helped me with the purchase of my current home. We purchased a home through Marisol Tovar. In my opinion i feel she Sold us a home with extreme termite and structural damage. My lawyer found they hid the pest inspections that stated the damage, from us. Its sickening that someone could do this to a mother of 4!!! Not only is there termite and structural damage, but the amount of black mold is unsettling. My childrens health has been put at risk. Marisol was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing my first home! I will defiantly be recommending her to my family and friends when they are ready to take that step. She walked me through each step of the process making it very easy on me. My boyfriend and I had very limited availability due to our conflicting schedules but Marisol always made herself available to take us to see the houses we wanted to check out. If I ever decide to move, she will be the agent I call!
