Excellent care and administration. Can’t believe I found a family doctor that I like, at a clinic that runs smoothly. Would recommend getting on their waitlist!!
I got my family doctor from this clinic it wasn’t a good experience . The family doctor wasn’t professional . I’m disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I experienced with this clinic/family doctor. Multiple times I was given incomplete requisitions, which caused delays and added stress to my medical situation. During appointments, I often felt rushed, even when I arrived on time, and I didn’t feel that my concerns or ongoing health situation were being properly followed up on as a patient. Very positive experience so far. The front desk team is responsive and efficient, and NP Marissa is patient, thorough, and caring. I especially appreciated the interpreter support and the smooth referral process. I feel well cared for at this clinic.
EDIT**** I am moving this to a 1 star (Should be zero) I booked an appointment via their website booking portal over a month ago (See issues I had below). The Terra Nova Clinic called me this morning 30 minutes before my appointment (I was already on route) to let me know that their online booking portal was accepting appointments when doctors were not available.
