If I could give him negative stars I would. Ted is beyond unprofessional and is unable to listen to basic requests. We hired him to do a full landscape layout and plant designs and did two walk throughs discussing our requests. He over charged us for work we asked him not to do, he took 6 months to even call us back and get a response, he put plants on top of our concrete, and worst off all lied about summiting plans to the city.
