I had a very disappointing experience at Terra Nova Brow of the Hill Medical Clinic. The staff were unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Instead, they blamed others, which made the situation even more frustrating. I did not feel respected or properly cared for as a patient. I’m truly glad I no longer go to this clinic.

I had a really great experience at this clinic. Everyone was so kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The receptionists and nurse practiotioners were very friendly and made everything easy. I felt well cared for and comfortable. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who wants good care and a welcoming place.

I had an outstanding experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming.
