Moving in was an easy and a quick process thanks to Norma. She was amazing. She answered all my questions and helped me in every step. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’re always very quick to help me fix it overall the staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit limited but the apartments are very clean and quiet.
The agent was very professional and knowledgeable about the location and apartments!
My boyfriend and I just made our transition from out of state to The Emery at Terra Nova. Norma was absolutely incredible through the entire process, answering any questions we had- and making sure we understood our access to the amenities. She was so welcoming at every step of the way, and we look forward to our stay here.
The apartment itself is nice but the parking sucks. You’re only allowed one parking spot, it doesn’t matter how many rooms the apartment has, you get one spot so it makes it difficult to have a roommate and have people come to visit.
We just did our transition to the Emery at Terra nova. So far it’s been a great experience. I was moving out of state and Norma was such a big help. She made sure we were taken care of and everything was ready for us. Before the move, she even FaceTime me to show me the apartment and the property. No other worker would do that.
