We have been settled in for roughly a week and love it. We came by on a whim after looking at other places for 3-4 days and were delighted with the hospitality we received from the ladies in the office. We have been greeted with the kindest regards every time we have interacted. The entire move-in process was made very smooth. We are extremely grateful!
The parking is horrendous! I been here 2 weeks , and its really stressful come to work and no find any parking , after work a long shift 8 pm and my husband is outside waiting for a parking. They really need to do something.
There is a big problem with parking in this property I literally waited more than 3 hrs for parking. The property gives you parking permits for your vehicles but no spaces. They don’t monitor the parking there are literally abandoned vehicles with spider webs on them now residents that really do need the spaces don’t have a place to park.
Water leaking from the ceiling making a lot of water damage and the emergency maintenance line did not pick up. Now we are stuck waiting for them to fix the source and the damage with little communication
