I had such a great experience working with Norma at the leasing office! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire process of getting my apartment smooth and stress-free. From answering all my questions to making sure I had everything I needed, she went above and beyond. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism. The maintenance request at The Emery at Terra Nova for apartment 603 was handled very fast the next day. My request to fix my kitchen sink and make sure it was not leaking was completed the next day. It is now working correctly and no more leaks. I am very happy with the service.

Honestly we have fruit fly infestation. I'm not sure if it's everywhere but my apartment is pretty bad. Fruit flies all in my kitchen and bathroom. Outside my door.

I have been living here for approximately 10 months. My biggest compliment would go out to Norma she is extremely helpful, very pleasant and always available. Unfortunately the new property manager Tammie is never available and not very helpful. My wife and I have submitted multiple complaints and requests simply asking the property management to enforce the rules already in place such as no smoking(The property is filled with homeless individual and tenants are constantly smoking marijuana in and around the premises and com... read more
