Every year im k ocked off auto pay then cant get into portal then nobody answers phone allso they can take 2 months of late fees this is really getting old i live in greyhawk we need a new management company
Their payment system is horrible. I make two payments ever month so that in 6 months the HOA fee is done. However they insisted I still owe $75.00 from two years ago when they were not the management group. I printed out payments records from my bank showing them how I make the payments and they still insisted I owed the payment. Absolutely incompetent company to work with - avoid them at all costs.
Vent windows in my garage door broke due to heat and sun. I have been trying for over one year to get help or advise from the HOA. I called again this week, Yalitza sent out an email immediately and I received a response in minutes. She gave me a resolution and now it is up to me to follow through. Thank You Yalitza for your actions very appreciated.
There is little to no help with property related needs. They don’t have answers and they don’t get back to you. It is unprofessional and confusing. I recently helped a buyer relocate from out of state. During the buying process we were able to review the condo docs. and access the property with little problem.
