I moved out in April, 2023. I left the unit in perfect condition. I was sent a move out letter in December, 2023. That is 8 months later! I understand Windmill Ranch was understaffed during that time, however I dont believe I should have to pay that amount. I have been treated unfairly and corporate refuses to remove the charge.
