Horrible service, takes so long just to get one appointment done, but the main problem is that one of the doctors “Umber Arain”improperly treated my grandmother not once but TWICE. Wrongfully wrote the wrong treatment needed for her hernia, and was supposed to write MSK on her form but wrote “other” due to her not caring much. These are very irresponsible issues. Steer clear of Dr. Umber Arain or you will very likely regret it and have problems in the near future. Revoke her licence Terra Losa!

Horrible experience at this office. My mother took me here as I didn’t have a doctor, and we were left in the waiting room for an hour after the time of our appointment. They were even taking patients in that arrived after us, and made us wait. Dr. Arain talked to me for 2 minutes, left and didn’t come back to check my ear (which was one of the main reasons I was in there). Reception is not helpful, and their attitude is very unprofessional. Would not recommend going there. The office is also filthy dirty.
