Most HOAs have Karens, this one has full time Karens who’ll fine you for anything they can get away with, then tack on ridiculous fees, and then place a Lien with 10x collection fees. So much bad faith governance. Beautiful community. Scammy HOA.
Tropical Resort like swimming pools. Tennis court surrounded by preserve.
If you want to hate your neighbors move here. This is a dictatorship of an HOA they truly hate their residents and will find every single reason to chastise you in a Facebook group like actual children. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY!
