I had Terra Insulation install additional blown insulation in my attic along with baffles and recessed light protection. They gave me a written estimate in advance, arrived on time for install, finished the job in one day and cleaned up afterwards. While I have no reference for price comparison, it seemed a bit pricey to me, however, I did not have the patience to have other contractors provide written estimates.
Great service and really easy to work with. From the in home consult to the day of the job, they were very reliable and walked me through the process so I knew what was going on. Never got the feeling they were just trying to make a buck, they came across as genuinely wanting to help. Very knowledgeable on the science and what is needed. They recommended what I felt was appropriate and made sense. After they completed the work I noticed a difference and was more comfortable on the second floor. Edgar and his team were excellent. They communicated exactly what would be done and why, then did a great job with the execution of the plan. Top notch team all around, polite, efficient and kept the job site clean.
