Booked an appointment in dc, appointment was confirmed. Says on the site they service dc. Get a reminder two days before - confirmed. Finally get a call less than 24 hours before the inspection and they tell me they don’t service dc. Massive waste of time and energy. Had they told me further in advance no big deal but it took two weeks and now I’m left starting over to find a pro to help.

Moisés and his team did a wonderful job removing my ancient insulation, installing new insulation, and putting up new drywall. They were professional, expert, efficient, and friendly. What they accomplished in 2.5 days is amazing. My interactions with Yaw for getting an estimate and setting up the contract and with Ana for scheduling were also the perfect mix of professional and friendly. I highly recommend Terra Insulation!
