Terra Insulation did an insulation project at my home seven months ago through the Pepco Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) Program. Their team member Chase really went the extra mile to make sure we explore all avenues to solve the problem, and was a great help! He invested a lot of time in making sure that we found the best solution possible to my problem. I highly recommend reaching out to them for solving your airflow issues!
Terra did an energy audit of my house, made the improvements after the blower test was performed, worked with me to explain the details of what WA’s important and why, and came back to inspect the work to confirm home tightness. I would highly recommend them. Fast, professional and a reasonable price.
Booked an appointment in dc, appointment was confirmed. Says on the site they service dc. Get a reminder two days before - confirmed. Finally get a call less than 24 hours before the inspection and they tell me they don’t service dc. Massive waste of time and energy. Had they told me further in advance no big deal but it took two weeks and now I’m left starting over to find a pro to help.
Moses was fabulous! He and his crew were courteous, professional, and very good at what they do.
