Edgar and his team were excellent. They communicated exactly what would be done and why, then did a great job with the execution of the plan. Top notch team all around, polite, efficient and kept the job site clean.
Terrible problems from the attic insulation done by Terra Insulation over two weeks ago: Most of the attic baffles were either buried or had their top openings blocked by insulation, severely restricting airflow, which will result in heat buildup and moisture accumulation in the attic, ... Almost all of the baffles have large, unsealed gaps at the bottom, which will result in wind-washing, reducing insulation performance, and getting more moisture into the insulation, ... Moses and crew performed duct aeroseal and air sealing to attic. Crew arrived on time and work was done in a professional manner as well as clean from both jobs .Moses provided me with pictures from both jobs.I giving the company a rating of 4+ because of poor communication with scheduling the work
Edgar and his crew added insulation to our attic as well as installed a bathroom fan and they were awesome. It was so so hot in our attic and the crew worked so hard. Cleaned up well and left everything in order. Hard working guys.
