Ronnie -pretty good and fast repair service
Ronnie is the best maintenance guy at terra greens property. On time and he knows his job well.
While the space itself is lovely, has good access to other amenities, and Ronnie in maintenance is wonderful, here is why I would not recommend renting with Terra Greens. 1) the saskpower bill in our unit was extremely high, going up to $500 2) when we discovered issues in our suite, management was terrible. They blamed us for any issues immediately and were unkind to speak with 3)we had dead bugs being blown into our suite through the air system for months and getting through to the proper channels to resolve the issue was ... read more
We lived here for the past two years and truly enjoyed our time in this community. We are moving away due to work, but we wanted to take a moment to thank the amazing team here. Manpreet has always been kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
