Lovely place, they knew the elevator was down, and still tried to phone you and asked you if you would like to move out earlier. And will ask you to move your stuff out from 4th floor out without elevator and telling you it’s your problem. Straight quota “elevator is like a your vehicle, you don’t know when will it break.” I mean why don’t you test it or do regular maintenance/repair when you know there is going to be a problem? If you want to move-out, be prepared they will show your room to someone else without any negotiation (they will force you to fit their time, rude site manager Manpreet); and if you move-in, be prepared for the high power bill and tiny parking lot.
I am new in terra greens and i have issue about my washbasin . It was clogged and ronie helped us to remove this issue. He is very helpful. Thankyou ronie for your help i really appreciate it!
