I recently moved into Terra Greens, and Aksh Patel, the Site Manager, has been amazing throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful with my lease and move-in, always available for any questions. The property is also very well-maintained, with the hallways regularly vacuumed and garbage cleared, which really makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!
I've had a great experience living at Terra Greens – it's by far the best rental property I've lived in. The site manager is incredibly helpful and always responsive to any issues in the unit. Maintenance requests are handled super quickly, and the technician is very efficient. The cleaner also does an amazing job keeping the property spotless – from vacuuming all the floors to pulling weeds and keeping the dog run clean. I’ve been living at Terra Greens for a couple of months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the management team and overall experience. From the very beginning, the site manager, Aksh, was incredibly helpful, guiding us through everything—from the lease process to answering any questions about the units. I absolutely DO NOT recommend renting these apartments. Run while you can! Management was AWFUL to deal with. It was next to impossible to reach upper management about big issues. Maintenance and cleaning staff were kind. Utilities were 400+ per month in the winter because of electric heat. We had many tiny dead flies being blown onto our dining room table from the air exchange every day.
