I give Terra Flora 5 stars for outstanding service, outstanding customer service, a beautiful arrangement, competitive pricing, outstanding communication and follow-through, outstanding quality and exceptional delivery. I am absolutely thrilled with the arrangement.
I spent $400.00 on a bunch of flowers that look like they came from the cooler at Kroger. I called to say that the flowers were curled up and dead AND THE OWNER CALLED ME A LIAR! Photos and time stamps don't lie! He didn't apologize, he didn't ask me what he could do to remedy it- nothing- EXCEPT THAT WHAT I WAS SAYING IS A LIE! VER BATIM! DON'T USE TERRA FLORA! On Sept 15th 2021 its trash!
