I spent $400.00 on a bunch of flowers that look like they came from the cooler at Kroger. I called to say that the flowers were curled up and dead AND THE OWNER CALLED ME A LIAR! Photos and time stamps don't lie! He didn't apologize, he didn't ask me what he could do to remedy it- nothing- EXCEPT THAT WHAT I WAS SAYING IS A LIE! VER BATIM! DON'T USE TERRA FLORA! On Sept 15th 2021 its trash!

A week ago Terra Flora delivered a get well/ Mother's Day bouquet to my home . They were the freshest, most beautiful flowers I had ever received. Today I was removing the flowers from the bouquet that were still good and noticed that the roses and other long stem flowers were individually wired in the arrangement. Wow! I have not received an arrangement with wired flowers in many years. The relative who sent them to me had tried to get 1-800 flowers to deliver in time for Mother's Day - they couldn't find anyone to deliver ... read more

Horrible service - avoid. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day delivery. 3:30 PM on Valentine's Day and still no flowers. Nobody answers the phone at the shop. DO NOT order flowers from this place - you will be disappointed. I had used this place one time before. The flowers were not as expected, but at least they showed up. I had hope that they would be better this time, since I like to patronize local businesses, but apparently this place is just bad.

I highly recommend their services I have been using their services for many years. I have always been happy with the quality of the flowers as well as the beauty of the arrangements. I have also purchased some wonderful gifts at their store.

An mediocre florist business Terra Flora has been in business for many years in this community, but the ownership changed hands a couple of years ago, and the quality seems to have suffered. They have had to move to a smaller location, so there is not so much selection. And service has always been a bit slow. Beautiful Wedding Flowers and Arrangements Terra Flora prepared the flowers for my daughters wedding and it was just breath taking. The arrangement for the alter and for the pews were just beautiful.. They can find any color ribbon you desire, their store will give you more ideas than you can imagine. Wonderful people and beautiful dreams come true.
