We sold our home in Littleton for a pre-retirement life style. Terra Firma has been an honest, responsive and a professional company. The maintenance crew are hard working and trustworthy. Shout out to Rosa! We have had internet outages, homeless campers, rioting and critters issues. This is nothing new with any resident, let alone a home located in Downtown Denver. The owner is pompous and greedy. I wish I had a recording of the way he spoke to me. His apartments are still overpriced by at least 10-15% during the worst pandemic in over 100 years. I do not recommend renting from this company as there is surely better value and management in the Cap Hill area. On a positive note, his small staff really tries hard, but it does not alleviate his shortcomings or the fact he just doesn't really care.
