I just wanted to thank all from Clarkie, Wanda and the crew that came over to my Aunt Dolores to fix the air conditioner she was super pleased with everything....Outstanding Job!!!!

Location is well placed in walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, parks, medical facilities, and more. The facilities are well cared for and nice looking. Rent isn’t too bad and the driveways are cared for well in winter. I recommend this apartment complex.
When I had first moved in there was a lot of dust on the carpets and vinyl floors. I also noticed water under my kitchen sink and had to get the pipe leak fixed. The unit washing machine is very old and emits a funky odor. Luckily, the washer has not ruined my clothes. Their previous tenants left the place very dusty. There were spiders and lady bugs on the window sills. I was told the countertops would be granite/dark stone but the countertops are contact paper. Emergency maintenance will not help you after 5pm.
