I live in the Terra Courtyard Condo's. The property manager is wasteful with our dues. There is little security and we have had multiple break-ins, hold-ups, robberies at gun point. The gates are broken regularly. The property has multiple foundation issues that the proper management ignores and brushes off as something else. RUN AWAY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
