Management have preference with some residents. Melissa is a good person but need more control over parking. It is so unfair, some apts have up to 6 spots whiles others struggle to get an extra spot for a daughter o son new driver because they say there is not extra ones while people not living there (son o daughter that already left and got married) or others subleasing a room have a resident spot available for them anytime.
