I've been a loyal Terra customer for over 20 years, since their original Hillcrest restaurant days. Sadly, whatever made Terra special is long gone. Our experience with them as the caterer for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah was nothing short of a disaster -- and the way they handled it (or rather, didn't) was appalling.
