I ordered the Terra Blue which I always do, but they were out of cashew milk (which it comes with). The only sub with no charge was dairy. To get any other milk substitute, they charge an extra dollar. If the kitchen is out of something, I don't want to pay for an equivalent substitute.

It wasn’t the most enjoyable experience. We ordered food, but unfortunately, there wasn’t any seating available. It seemed like people were just hanging out and using the WiFi, not eating.

Didn’t have a bottle opener and informed me after I paid, and while I was the only person in there they took over 15 minutes to even start making my coffee

I placed a to-go order for an acai bowl. When I picked it up, I noticed it had no granola. I had to drive back only to be told that they didn't have granola when I arrived. I wish they had mentioned it earlier or when I picked it up. I'm very disappointed that my $15 acai bowl was missing the crunch from the granola without any prior notice. Of course by the time I drove home my acai had mostly melted. The lady at the front didn't even care I drove back.
