Should be 0 stars! Placed an order on Oct 20th. Order was confirmed, waited for an email stating it was out for delivery the next day- nothing, I asked my dad if he received the flowers, said no. The flowers should of been delivered 10/21 before 1:30pm. At this point I tried calling them and number was not in service, tried to contact them different ways and no updated. You confirmed my order day prior, provided no parameters for how far you deliver and then day of cancelled my order. Thats terrible business and customer service. Now I'm scrambling to get my order met I will not be back and would not recommend, really disappointed. Since i cant respond to your reply, i did not place it at midnight. I received order confirmation September 12th at 3:00 pm.
The Heavenly Horizons Spray looked so beautiful, at the front of the church, for the memorial service. Very conscientious & dependable florists! I ordered on-line; they called the next day asking if a change could be made in one of the flowers.
They are always beautiful and perfect for the occasion I need! Great prices and service! Shop here you will never be happier! Great Place!!!
