It's too loud; there are always parties near the pool with music that's excessively loud, like extremely loud. The noise protection is terrible. So, I'm listening to all these parties and this excessively loud music every single weekend between April and October. For example, it's now 10:00 pm and a party is still going on while I'm trying to sleep. After the party I'll be listening to drunk singers. We have moved in this month and are loving the Apartments so far. Sean and the staff have been very kind, and are very quick to fix anything around the unit. Thankyou Avana !
