Sean is amazing. He gave us our initial tour and was very thorough, we loved the place right away! Sean then helped us with the move in process and made everything so efficient and easy, one of the best leasing property employees we have ever worked with!
Compared to most property management I've worked with or visited, Avana San Jose has got to be one of the teams that I can't help but give 5 stars on. It's too loud; there are always parties near the pool with music that's excessively loud, like extremely loud. The noise protection is terrible. So, I'm listening to all these parties and this excessively loud music every single weekend between April and October. For example, it's now 10:00 pm and a party is still going on while I'm trying to sleep. After the party I'll be listening to drunk singers.
