Absolutely do NOT consider renting from them. I was furloughed from my job in March 2020, and permanently furloughed in December 2020 - thanks to the pandemic. My lease wasn't up until June 2021, and granted, they didn't charge me for the 6 months, but they did charge me for a month, and I had pretty much depleted my 401k paying rent and other living expenses by the end of December.
