No stars, first , only amd 20 minute appointment and the following: Worst bedside manner and compassion level zero. Gaslights , condescending, unreasonable, cold, apathetic, rude, and most traumatizing doctor I have ever encounteted , meaning All doctors of any practice. I couldn't be happier with the care I receive from Dr. Ibilah. From my first appt when he turned away from his computer to actually talk to me like a human and not a diagnosis never looking at the clock, to every appointment I've had since. I've never felt more heard, seen, and comfortable with a psychiatrist as I do with him and I've been through alot of 'how's your medication' doctors not 'how are you' doctors through my 35-plus years as a patient. Would give 0 stars if possible. Sarcastic. Uncaring. Would not accept the ten years of past treatment I was receiving. Wanted me to get more diagnostic testing for a condition I was diagnosed with since 2007. Despite having records of treatment. Wanted to change medication dosage for something that was working just fine. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor in my life.
Worst psychiatrist visit of my life. He completely ignored that I asked for a medication for insomnia, and said I needed an antidepressant. Refused to give anything for the actual issues I was being seen for. He would not make eye contact or listen to my concerns, and would make sarcastic comments to anything I shared.
