Hi everyone I went today to drop my load ant 7:00 anm and the lady in the front she have attitude with me . I told her I have delivery 9 AM and she told me you have to come back at 9 AM or otherwise I will tow your truck if you stay here. she have no respect for people and she is so rude.and when I’m done I went to get my paperwork I told here I need my paperwork she said it is font of you. Past the pilot, make a left Detroit Street quarter mile make a left in company. And go last building and I left it’s in corner nice ladies in receiving . fast unloading bathroom available … TA and pilot cross street About quarter mile …
Really great place as a driver. Drop n hook usually. If not fast unloading n reloading. Friendly guy in office. This would warrant 5 stars. But the lady in the shipping office brings the whole place down. Every time I'm here she is nasty as possible towards the drivers. Goes as far as to demean us. Ask a simple question she snaps at you and basically insults your intelligence. How a person like her gets a job dealing with people I'll never understand. And it's every time and other drivers feel the same way.
