It’s incredibly rude and disrespectful that drivers never return. I don’t understand why they’re so unkind. If they don’t enjoy their job, they should find something else. The receptionist, on the other hand, has zero patience and poor communication skills.
Shipping and receiving office personnel are extremely rude and unhelpful.
Hi everyone I went today to drop my load ant 7:00 anm and the lady in the front she have attitude with me . I told her I have delivery 9 AM and she told me you have to come back at 9 AM or otherwise I will tow your truck if you stay here. she have no respect for people and she is so rude.and when I’m done I went to get my paperwork I told here I need my paperwork she said it is font of you.
