Having looked at bikes in a few stores in my home state of North Carolina (considered a biking hot spot), Tern of the Wheel provided the best customer service I've experienced. They spent an hour with my husband and I helping us to pick out a bike that would be best for my dad considering everything from ease of getting on and riding the bike to look/feel to when they could have the "right" bike in-store.
