I waited to make this review because I was highly upset and didn't want to rant to much so here is my review. I took my sons bike in there about a month ago. the customer service I encountered was very rude and dismissive. they said they could not fix his bike because it was a cheap bike from Walmart. Well not everyone can afford a 500.00 bike especially a single parent. Don't recommend going there unless you have a lot of money to spend.
Their service was exceptional! From the time we came into the store until we left we were provided with excellent service. Not only did I get a quality bike, I got an education into all the different types of bikes that would meet my needs. When purchasing something I’m a big fan of value. At Tern of the wheel you get a premium product, excellent customer service and a fair price. Shop local, buy local! This place is awesome, thanks Marty!
My husband and I purchased two bikes here years ago. We have had them serviced regularly and have found the customer service to be fantastic. In one instance Terry went way above and beyond to work with the bike manufacturer and correct an issue. We hardily recommend Tern of the Wheel!
I just got my third bike from Tern of the Wheel and have never been disappointed! They kept records of the previous purchases I had made over 20 years and were able to use that info to get me the best bike for my needs. Marty did an amazing job locating what would suit me best, even when it was the least expensive of the options.
