I had a fairly large, active wasp nest on my front porch that I didn’t feel comfortable taking care of myself. I found TermMax on Google Maps, so I called. They were very personable and were able to squeeze me in that day! Alex came out and was super friendly, and removed every paper wasp and mud dobber nest he could find. He went above and beyond! Very impressed with TermMax’s responsiveness, friendliness, and their ability to take care of my problem.
All around wonderful experience. I spoke to Jimmy on the phone multiple times and he was quick to respond and schedule. Kevin was the technician who came to the house and he was very nice, polite, and helpful. Answered all of my questions and even text me back answers to follow-up questions I had. Would highly recommend!
