Art is a great property manager and has been super responsive to everything we have needed. I would recommend he and Terminus to every landlord and tenant.
They don’t just manage properties, they save the day. When our HVAC died on the hottest day of the year, Art personally showed up a few hours later with an air conditioning unit like a true hero. Crisis averted. Beyond that, Terminus Residential is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the people who live in their spaces. Could not recommend them more.
They do what they say they are going to do. That’s all I need. Definitely recommend.
