Andrea worked with me to file the insurance claim for my roof, supported the claim process, and even helped connect us to public adjusters, as our case called for. It took many months to get my claim through and Andrea was available and willing to answer questions and support me the whole time. Very happy with the quality of the work and the experience of working with Tyler and Terminus. I’d had my roof evaluated before and it was deemed unlikely to be able to get a roof replacement covered via insurance for storm damage. Tyler was confident we could get a replacement with his help after taking a look himself and he was right.
