Nick was very easy to work with and very professional. The quote was affordable and he went ahead and preemptively fixed a few things on the roof that had a chance of failing in the future at no additional cost. Overall I highly recommend Terminus and will call them again if I ever have another issue.
Terminus recently replaced our 23-year-old roof after the recent ice storm. Juan oversaw the project and he was amazing - knowledgeable and conscientious, keeping us in the loop about every detail. He spent a lot of time on the front end making sure the roof was what we wanted and aesthetically fit with the house. His team was polite and respectful and completed the job in less than two days. I would definitely recommend Terminus.

If negative stars were available, then that's what I would rate this company. I should have known better than to trust anyone who goes door to door trying to gain sales. According to the salesman Mike, my roof had hail damage because hail had occurred in my area in June of 2025. I allowed him to inspect my roof. After the inspection, he claimed the roof had significant enough damage that it needed to be replaced. I want to leave a great review for Brody. He came into our home and immediately took charge of removing the water damage. First, I want to say that his response time on a Saturday was impressive as he arrived within two hours. When your home is actively being damaged by water, even a short wait feels incredibly long, so his promptness truly mattered.
