Brody and the remediation team were amazing! We had a dishwasher leak that went unnoticed and caused a lot of damage. Brody was out same day and got the process started quickly. He was incredibly communicative with when he would be there to check the equipment and when the rest of the team would be there to do any additional work. When he wasn't about to make it his manager Seymour stepped in and came out personally to check on our home. Terminus was amazing through the entire process. We had flood damage in our home and Terminus provided the restoration services. Jeremy and his team were amazing and brought our home home back to life. Jeremy was very communicative throughout the process and let me know step by step what was going on and what to expect. Everything was completed on time and my home was returned to a better condition than it was before the flood damage. I would highly recommend these guys!!!

Before working with Terminus, we had 3 other roofing companies quote us for a roof replacement, and all discouraged us from filing an insurance insurance claim. My account representative is Cori-Ann Cannarella. She is the one who encourage me to have my roof inspected due to a recent storm that I wasn't aware. I allowed her to fly her drone over my roof, which is very large and high and she sat down with me and showed the unknown damage I had in the rear of my house that only a drone could see.
