I want to leave a great review for Brody. He came into our home and immediately took charge of removing the water damage. First, I want to say that his response time on a Saturday was impressive as he arrived within two hours. Justin Knowles and the rest of the Terminus team did an excellent job throughout the commercial roof project for me. Communication, planning, speed of service, before during and after the project were top tier.
Terminus put a new roof on my house on 1/8/26 but the process began several weeks before when they began taking pictures of my roof, gutters, downspouts & anything else that looked worn or damaged & then they were submitted to my insurance company & then we waited to hear back & once they agreed to pay for a new roof Terminus took care of the rest. I recently got a new roof and skylights with JD at Terminus. JD was great to work with though the sales process and claim with insurance. The roof was as expected, but the new skylights blew me away. I had debated just filling them in, but am so glad I got new ones. They are such an improvement and even came with remote control shades. I had a great experience with Terminus. Their work was excellent and reasonably priced. I had a dead area on my roof that caused leaves to collect and led to deterioration of the siding. They repaired that problem area and also fixed shingles on a few rooflines that were not originally installed correctly on my 10‑year‑old roof. They were professional, thorough, and helped me stay ahead of future issues. I really appreciate the quality of their work and would definitely recommend Terminus to anyone needing roof repairs.
