Update: Never call Terminix for an ant problem—they will mislead you and make it seem worse than it is. Find a local, honest pest control company. China Beach is a service worker for this company and she pulled into my driveway and did not acknowledge the person that came outside to greet her and let her in to my home as I had to work. She decided she would roll up her window and call my phone 3x, I work a job that doesn’t allow calls I could not answer which is why I made sure someone was at home of age, and when I did not answer she just pulled out the driveway and left. If ONLY I can give them NO STARS!!!! Was told that I would get a call back from the manager due to a lack of extermination, ants fleas, and other stuff that was suppose to be treated. Never received a call from the tech. Called the office on may 20th 2025 and was told I would receive a call from management. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK! Here we go again! Workers did not return as promised! I can't figure out why Terminix can't solve the problem as promised on their website. Even I have not had service outside my home in quite a while. They service is expensive and as promised to solve your problem, comes with a hefty price that doesn't remedy the problem. Very disappointed!!!
