So far No Good. 3 visits still have a problem in Baltimore. After 4 months the rodents came back to my wall. My house is 120 years old. The first technician was fine. The last two, not so much. If I have to hear I didn’t observe any activity again I’ll pull my hair out. Scheduling is disorganized. A tech showed up and the supervisor hadn’t called me to confirm the follow up. UPDATED: Still Billing Me After Admitting I Don’t Owe Them I bought my home earlier this year and immediately started receiving bills from Terminix addressed to “New Homeowner” for termite bait system services I never requested or authorized. I never had a contract with them. After filing a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General, Terminix formally responded in writing stating I had no balance, no account, and would not be contacted again. Problem solved, right?
