Atrociously poor customer service infrastructure. I am an existing, long-time customer wanting to upgrade my pest control service to PF365+ (based on a cryptic text from Terminix). Had to call 4 times as I either got bounced around between ‘Customer Card’ amd ‘Sales’, or the calls just cut-off and I was asked to rate the service provided! Termites service was awful and unprofessional. Billing was a nightmare, customer service was rude. Horrible service, every agent you talk to gives you a different explanation, and supervisor never calls. Cancelling all my services with them, it is not worth the hassle.
I recently contacted Terminix for a wildlife issue I had in my crawl space. I requested a free inspection online. I didn't receive a confirmation email; so I called the 800 # the morning of the scheduled day to inquire and was told that I requested no contact 🤔. The inspector came out as scheduled, did the inspection, and gave me prices for the suggested work. Used to be able to schedule follow up service online. Nice. Easy. Convenient. Now you have to either call, chat, or text. Long wait times any I check. Last attempt I used text around 6PM saying I wanted service scheduled. No response. I wake up the next day and they have texted me at 1257AM and closed out the conversation for no response. Are you kidding? Currently researching other companies for service as Terminix has gone completely downhill. Strongly recommend you explore other options.
This has been the only pest control people I use. They are so friendly and professional and I had no pest issues!!! 10 stars!!
