We have an infestation of weevils in our condo. My service technician, Armando, was exceptional in every way, providing information, treatment, knowledgeable of exotic birds on the premises, and readily accessible by phone during the time awaiting the service call.
Service doesn't do a thing, just haphazrdly spray things and charge you money for trash results. The website is needlessly invasive. Blocks VPN traffic and geolocates you. Hope this company goes broke.
Rodent control:You have to keep bullying them to come back and complete the work. They said they would finish the work on one day. Then said we don't have enough material (metal flashing) and we will be back in 2 weeks. On that day they said no we cannot come. Then came a week later. Then also did not complete the job. Took over a month instead of the expected 2 weeks and asked for payment after 1st visit. The sales guy said they would give us a $50 discount and the administration gave us a hard time for that also.
Jeff is an outstanding technician! He ensures that the entire property inside and out is protected against all pests of all kinds! He is a true Professional and one Terminix should be proud to have on their team.
