Ramil at Terminix-Anderson was extremely thorough in his inspection, explanation and work to seal our home from rodents. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He showed me the entry points. It was a big job and he diligently found more entry points than originally estimated (but everything was included in the original price). Tim Horan has always been our technician for as long as we have used Anderson Pest Control. He is the reason that we have kept this extermination company as our only choice. Anyone can wave a sprayer and kill the pests, but Tim has an extensive knowledge of all pests, their habits, their behaviors and life cycles. It makes for an intuitive approach when ridding the client of the nuisance pests and effectively discouraging their return anytime soon. Tim Horan is an excellent asset to your company.
