We had a new technician come out this morning in the rain for our quarterly inspection. His name is Zach. I was impressed with him texting me beforehand, working with me on my work schedule, in which he came out early. He introduced himself and was very polite throughout his visit. He is truly an asset to your company S.Mac
Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated what he planned to do and completed his assigned tasks Expeditiously. A definite asset to the Terminix family.
