Disappointing! I just cancelled my account after 5yrs of being their local customer. I was charged $417 although I have been their customer for this long and I have been calling every single day since April 26 to understand why I was charged this much. And every single day since April 26 I get a customer service telling me that they have escalated and someone will reach out to me. But of course no one ever did. Account is cancelled but I want my money back!!! Or at least the part that I shouldn’t have paid!!
