Nothing but negative things to say about this company. Goodluck getting someone to answer your call. Customer service is a joke, I regret the day I gave them my business. Do not call them, do not use them.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My wife had told them that we no longer needed their services and the guy was rude but did leave. We had left 20 mins after talking to him and realized that terminix still took $168 out of our account saying they treated the outside, EVEN though we said we didn’t need their services they still treated our yard and charged us for a full service! 🤬 and yet still haven’t refunded us at all

The service was good until I told them that I had problems with my card since it was hacked. They then said "at first" that it was ok to pay in cash and credit me the 11$ since I paid $200 after a $50 coupon was put in from them br8ning it down to $189. They then billed me. Once I called them to tell them what happened they were rude and said they never accept cash and that I was lying that I never called. I have never been treated so rudely. Told that our appointment time would be 8am. Told that it would take 2 hours and we would have to leave for that time. After waiting until 845am called to find out what was going on. Told that the appointment time is actually a window of time and that they would show up anytime before 10am. We work nights and had to stay up for our appt. Just to be told we would have to wait longer. Couldn't get any sleep and had to call of work because they can't communicate with their customers effectively. Do not use this company!
